Do you Ship Australia-wide?

Yes we ship to all states and Territories

How long does shipping take?

Free shipping within Australia for orders over $200 & over

Standard Post (2-5 Business Days) $13 for orders under $200. Remote areas may take longer

Express post (1-3 Business Days) $18

If your order has not been delievered and is over 7 business days of it estimated Arrival date, please contact us at enquiries@tw3nty.com.au so we can further investigate.

Can i return or exchange items?

If you recieve anything you are unhappy with for any reason, we'll help you with an exchange, store credit or refund, if it is within 30 days from purchase.

Before you return your items should be:

• in the same condition, they were when you received them; 
• not worn, washed or altered, have their original tags & are still in their original packaging 

Please not you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please also not that if we cannot supply an exchange we will issure a store credit for the value of the item which can be applied to a new purchase.

All refunds generally take up to 7 business days to enter your account, this all can dependent on your banking institution.
